Stage I (Desktop study)
- Walkover evaluation;
- Historical, Geological and hydro-geological mapping;
- Local Authority and Environment Agency search
- Evaluation of previous reports
- Production of Desktop Study Report
Stage II (Intrusive investigation)
- Intrusive site investigation works based on Stage 1 findings
- Laboratory analysis of soils and groundwater
- Sampling Report along with an interpretation of the results;
- Recommendations for further study and evaluation or remedial works as needed.
Stage III (Remediation Specification and monitoring)
- Remedial Specification Report;
- On-site supervision during remediation;
- Liaison with enforcement bodies;
- Verification/Validation works to demonstrate compliance
